Hunger can manifest in a bunch of different ways, so it’s important to become an expert in your own body.

You may be hungry if you feel…⁣

  • Unable to focus⁣
  • Unproductive⁣
  • Low energy⁣
  • Irritable⁣
  • Distracted⁣
  • Weak/Shakey⁣
  • Have a headache⁣

If your stomach is growling, it's likely you've missed one of these cues. 

When you feel any of the above, know it’s okay to eat food... Your body needs it!
