Don't let the holidays derail your health!

Y'all, the 4th of July is coming up...

It's holiday time! 

It's easy to be "on the wagon" with your healthy habits when you're in your normal routine... But as soon as a vacation begins, or it's a holiday, or finals week, or just a stressful week, your healthy habits get shoved to the back burner! 

Trust me, that's what kept happening for me too! Which is why I became an "expert" at preventing it.
