I’m a happy-go-lucky Columbia University graduate student and Registered Dietitian in the making! With a passion for sustainable healthy living, I'll guide you to leverage your foundation of healthy habits, productivity, and optimism in order to create a life you’re excited about living. 

I’m currently working with hundreds of national and international clients and serving an audience of over 35,000 fans and followers on Social Media. My mission is to help millions of people discover what true vitality feels like.

I am a firm believer that we cannot make lasting and meaningful change in our lives single-handedly. We need accountability and community. The Be About Being Better Academy is a 12-week health coaching program centered around specific action steps, accountability, and customized plans! 

Everyone’s health journey is unique, so whether you’re trying to lose weight, tone up, gain confidence and energy, or establish routines, you’re going to receive coaching specialized for YOU

We do this through daily accountability, expert coaching, and community support. And guess what?! Because of this, you'll actually have fun while transforming your body! 



The Better Together Program is a 3-month health coaching program for people who are looking to re-establish the basics of healthy living.

This program is self-paced and offers customized nutrition, exercise plans and just the right amount of accountability for your independent nature, so that you can reconnect with the foundations for healthy living again.



The Begin Better Program is a 12-week foundational program to cultivate the basics of living a healthy lifestyle (even for the busiest of people)! 

Each week, you'll receive a new module with a specific healthy habit for you to focus on. You’ll have a weekly challenge that aligns with that week’s healthy habit, and we’ll hold you accountable to it. Every Friday, you’ll receive an email with a few questions, asking how the weekly challenge went for you! And each week, we’ll be layering on the support and teachings over time. So that by the end of our 12 weeks together, you have a full tool box of healthy habits that you know how to weave into your impossible schedule!
